GlobalGroupSend.com Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy |

All GlobalGroupSend.com users must agree to the following Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy in order to use our service: |

Anti-Spam Policy GlobalGroupSend.com will not tolerate the practice of transmitting unsolicited commercial electronic mail ("Spamming"). An "unsolicited commercial electronic mail message" is considered as any commercial electronic mail message that is sent by the initiator to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have a preexisting business relationship or the where recipient has not given the initiator permission to initiate commercial electronic mail messages to the electronic mail address of the recipient or has subsequently revoked such permission. At no point may the system be used with harvested lists of any sort. If you are in doubt as to the origin of your list we recommend that you do not use it to avoid possible administrative fees outlined herein. Users may not use their GlobalGroupSend.com e-mail account in any unsolicited commercial e-mail even if that message did not originate from our system or network. GlobalGroupSend.com requires that every list used and uploaded into our Group Send service contain at minimum a first and last name in addition to the e-mail address. Users must be able to provide evidence of the opt-in status of each contact contained on their lists. Any attempt to circumvent this policy or our error checking software will result in a $500 administrative clean up fee as well as the cancelation of the account. Any account generating excessive complaints or any account sending a message that generates multiple complaints will be investigated. During this period we will review the organizations policy of inclusion and request evidence for the inclusion of the complaint e-mail address to the list. GlobalGroupSend.com reserves the discretion to determine from all of the evidence whether the e-mail recipients were from an "opt-in" e-mail list. Accounts found in violation of our Anti-Spam Policy will be canceled. GlobalGroupSend.com reserves the right to charge up to $500 for administrative clean up fees where applicable. Customer will indemnify, defend, release, and hold harmless GlobalGroupSend.com and its associated companies for spamming activities caused by Customer. Account information on accounts in found in violation of our Anti-Spam Policy may be turned over to third parties for investigation. These third parties may include upstream and receiving side service providers and law enforcement agencies. To report a violation of our Anti-Spam Policy please send a copy of the offending message with FULL HEADERS and a description of the violation to our Policy Enforcement Department. Check SpamCop for additional information regarding the reporting of SPAM. Additional Usage Policies Unlawful activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted photos, materials or software, violation of U.S. export restrictions, fraud, the solicitation of gambling or prostitution, chain letters, virus alert scams, promotion of invasion of privacy products or services, promotion of spamming products, or other practices which may be considered obscene, illegal and/or harmful to GlobalGroupSend.com will not be tolerated. E-mail abuse, including message delivery considered to be mailbombing (sending numerous and very similar messages to the same e-mail addresses), trolling (generating outrageous messages with the purpose of generating greater response), or subscribing others to a mailing list without permission is not permitted. There are definitely other practices either unlawful or considered harassment, and GlobalGroupSend.com reserves the right to determine what constitutes net mail abuse. |
